Try-outs for the 2008/2009 season will be for the following age groups:

Boys:  U5, U6, U7, U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14

Girls:   U5, U6, U7,U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14

- Be sure to arrive early for registration.  Players should bring their own ball, and water.  Shin-guards are mandatory for everyone.  Any high school age players boys/girls interested should contact our club.

Come Be A Part Of One Of The Best Youth Soccer Clubs In The State Of Illinois, And The Country.

The Windy City Pride SC is directed by Ko Thanadabouth, a former professional with the Chicago Power and the Chicago Stingers.  The staff will include Olivet Nazarene University's men's Coach, Justin Crew and ONU player Machel Cromwell.  The goal is to provide high quality soccer in the Bradley/Bourbonnais area.  We want to expose the players in the area to professional soccer training, excellent competition at the state, regional, and national level, and the opportunity for players to move on to excel at the High School, ODP, and College level.  We feel that our program can also be beneficial to the area high schools.  The Windy City Pride Soccer Club has been one of the top clubs in the Chicago land area as well as the country in its 10 years of existence. The WCPSC accomplishments include:

5 National Appearances / 6 Midwest Regional Championships / 17 Illinois State Cup Championships / Approximately 200 college bound  players / Many League and Tournament Championships / Many ODP players (including State, Regional, and National team players) / Many High School All-Conference, All-Sectional, All-State, and All-American players

Windy City Pride players have gone on to play at such schools as, Notre Dame, Illinois, Michigan, Harvard, Virginia, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Purdue, Northwestern, University of Chicago, Wheaton, etc.

The following programs will be available: 

- Competitive Travel Teams (these teams are for serious players that are looking for good training, good competition, and the opportunity to take his or her game to the next level.  There will possibly be A teams, B teams, etc.)

- Academy Teams/Players (the emphasis is on training and development in preparing for the competitive travel level.  teams/players will train and play in our in house league)

Spring Soccer Sign Up! 

The  Windy City Pride SC would like to invite you to sign up for our Spring 2008 Academy Program.  The emphasis of the academy program is to develop the player's individual skills.  The players will be able to receive professional training in the following areas of the game:  foot-work/ball handling, passing and receiving, heading, volleying, shooting, and finishing, etc.  In addition, the players will also get to learn the game through FUN small sided game.

The Bourbonnais Academy Program is for boys and girls ages 5 thru 11.  The players from the Academy Program will be evaluated for the Windy City Pride Bradley/Bourbonnais competitive teams for the fall 2008 season.  

Boys:  U5, U6, U7, U8, U9, U10, U11

Girls:   U5, U6, U7, U8, U9, U10, U11

We will holding a free one day clinic/demonstration in the area (tentatively at ONU).  Check back regularly for the date and time.
